This Squidoo lens is focused on Customer Service Standards. Standards define what customer service means, and what behaviors are expected of the members of the organization. They form the backbone of the customer service program. Without enforced standards, the program is spineless.
Also using a CSR lens in Squidoo to organize material in this blog.

I've just started trying it out myself. Looks promising, gives me more control over how to present my material. But it's still in beta, and is buggy.

I like your lens on standards, and have a suggestion: can you highlight the good ones and maybe point out the weaknesses of the bad ones, like maybe the Best & Worst of standards?

Thanks for the suggestion, David, but I don't want to be the judge. Moreover, while standards are important, what really matters is whether or not they are enforced. Now that would make an interesting study. Some organizations report how well they meet their standards, but most do not.
